Your archive lives in your Google Drive, and it's private — fans add photos through Crowd Archive without ever getting access to your folder. This approval covers all your archives.

Galleries are broken into the individual events, presented chronologically, UGC attributed to the contributors. Gallery creation uses additional space within your Google account. If you choose to do this later, see our FAQ for instructions.
On the Google screen, there's a checkbox that lets Crowd Archive save your photos to Drive. It wasn't checked, so uploads can't work yet.

Artists invite their fans to build the official archive of a show — real photos, from the crowd, verified by when and where they were taken.

Upload a spreadsheet (.csv) with columns Date, Venue, City (State, Event Name, Time optional) — or a calendar export (.ics). Importing races? Add a Course column naming a course from the race-route library and every row takes the whole route automatically.
The same night and place, in the archive twice. They become one entry with your file's details, keeping the older entry, so photos already uploaded to it stay attached.
These are in the archive now but not in the file you chose. Photos already uploaded to them stay in Drive; the events just stop being scanned for.

Nothing can reach your archive right now — your Drive connection was revoked or expired. Fans can't add photos, and if you have a gallery its albums have stopped filling, because photos are read from Drive on the way there. One tap fixes it; nothing is lost.
Shown the moment someone's photos land. Leave blank for the standard message.
Managers can run events, pause submissions, and share invites. They can't rename the archive, remove events, change the team, or touch your Drive.
Contributors vouched for these photos (no location data in the files). Approve to let them into recaps and products.

Crowd Archive checks to match a photo's date, time, and location and only selects the ones that truly match. Hit Scan to search every year, or tap years first. Big library? Searching one year at a time keeps each pass quick.

Uncheck anything you'd rather keep to yourself — contributing is always your choice.
These were taken on the day of the event, during its hours. Only the place is in question — they carry no location at all, or the location they carry sits outside the event's area.
Nothing here is sent unless you approve it, and partial matches uploaded are flagged as such to Gallery / Archive owner for final approval.
Crowd Archive recommends uploading when you finish selections for an event or a year, as selections do not carry over from session to session. Uploaded materials are marked as such.
